You will also learn how to build a SharePoint site and be equipped with steps to migrate documents from its source (desktop, shared drives) to your target location (SharePoint). Following the laid-out plan on how to deploy the SharePoint site successfully, you will learn how to empower users with the knowledge of how to manage their documents within the system and how to sustain its upkeep.

Moving from a comfortable state to a new way of working naturally leads to resistance, and getting people to take action is one of the most challenging aspects of change.
