We have now a up-to-date contact list for the existing parishioners. We are using the contact info (tel. and emails) from Bookings and also from the contact info given with the Mass registration forms to fine tune the contacts update. The good thing is that we are sure that the telephone numbers and email addresses given on these forms are current.

Tumii’s transformation has enabled us to integrate our email, Microsoft flow, Power Apps, and Teams to identify bottlenecks in our business  process which was negatively impacting time to market. We have since fixed the process and have implemented a transparent KPI to flag process upsets. We are a better more scalable company as a result of the Tumii team effort.
