The Municipality of the County of Kings is in the process of implementing a new Records Management System with the goal of transitioning from record keeping on network drives to a cloud-based system with the use of retention labels…The result of the 8-week collaboration was the creation of a Document Management System that will enable the Municipality to work in a more efficient and cost-effective way and improve workflows and business processes. Searching for and retrieving records, version control, retention and disposition practices will improve exponentially. Shawn and his team exceeded expectations.
